All members of our cleaning team undergo comprehensive background checks and are required to present valid, up-to-date police clearance certificates to ensure the highest standards of trust and professionalism.

A property walkthrough is typically done to:


  1. See the Space: It lets us look at the property to understand what needs cleaning and where extra attention might be needed.
  2. Give an Accurate Quote: By seeing the property in person, we can give you a more accurate price based on the size and condition of the space.
  3. Discuss Your Needs: We can go over any specific requests, areas that need extra care, or cleaning preferences you may have.
  4. Build Trust: It’s also a great opportunity for us to meet in person and make sure you feel comfortable with the service we provide.


You will receive an invoice via email on the day of service & payment is due within 24hrs. 


This is entirely up to the client and what is included in their service. We are here to help you where we’re needed!
